BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - Stacey Lynn, Permanent Cosmetic Studio accepts clients by APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do not accept walk-ins. All appointments are made online using a secure booking system. Special requests can be made if you require an appointment outside of our regular business hours, please contact us to discuss special arrangements.
LATE ARRIVALS - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving more then 15 minutes late to your appointment is considered a missed appointment and your booking deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to reschedule. On occasions exceptions can be made for clients who arrive late if within 30 minutes from their scheduled appointment time, based on our availability. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the studio if you are running late to your scheduled appointment.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING - We understand that issues arise leaving clients unable to keep their appointment. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please note that deposits made during the booking process are non-refundable, however, they can be applied towards a future appointment if you choose to reschedule.
NO SHOWS - Your credit card will be charged a 50% service charge if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO GUESTS PLEASE - Due to the nature of the services provided, please arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. Friends, boyfriends/girlfriends, spouses, significant others, children, and pets will not be allowed to accompany you into the studio. I kindly ask that you please respect our no guest policy.
DEPOSITS - A non-refundable $75.00 deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure your appointment. Deposits will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your session. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
EXISTING BROW - PERMANENT COSMETIC MAKEUP (PMU) - If you have had your brows, eyes or lips previously tattooed, microbladed or have had any form of micropigmentation, please schedule a consultation prior to booking an appointment. This will allow us time to assess the current condition of your existing makeup. If you would like a phone consultation, please email 4 - 6 clear photos to email@example.com BEFORE booking your appointment. Please include your name and phone number, in addition; the date of your last appointment, the type of PMU you had done, and how many sessions you have received.
CONSULTATIONS - Consultations are not required to book your Microblading or Micropigmentation appointment however they are made available to answer your questions and concerns. During your appointment, we will assess the condition of the area and discuss services requested. We will review color pigment and map out your desired shape, and conduct a patch test to rule out any allergic reactions that you may have to the pigments. There is no obligation to commit to a procedure after your consultation.

If you have any of the conditions mentioned above, please CONTACT US prior to booking your appointment to ensure that you are a good candidate for the desired service. Diagnosed conditions that are waived are required to provide a doctors note stating their approval.
It is strongly advised that new clients book Microblading or Micropigmentation appointments 30-60 days in advance of special occasions (vacation, wedding, etc.) to allow adequate time for healing.
